Experience:

Sundance Resort

Over the course of the 1990s, Bill Browning engaged in ongoing consultation with Robert Redford and his staff at the Sundance Resort to design and assess plans for new facilities in the base village and ski mountain in Sundance, Utah. In addition to consulting on building design at Sundance, Bill has collaborated on comprehensive plans to manage the threat and effects of avalanches, flash flooding, and fire around Mount Timpanogos. In addition, Bill has consulted on plans to develop three hotels and a membership lodge in the Resort village and has also been invited to speak at the North Fork Preservation Alliance – an environmental nonprofit founded by Redford to coordinate with the local mountain community on efforts to preserve the remaining 6,000 acres of wild lands while promoting sustainable development.
