Experience:

150 Charles St.

In Manhattan’s Far West Village, situated between the busy West Side Highway and Jane Jacobs’ much-loved Greenwich Village, 150 Charles Street will be a 290,000 square foot residential building designed by Cook+Fox Architects. The project’s intent is to respond to both the natural and cultural assets of its location and to strive for a high level of green, high-performance design. At the beginning of the design stage, Terrapin facilitated a charrette with Cook+Fox and others from the design and ownership team to set goals, explore various high-performance mechanical strategies, and create a healthy living environment. Detailed Terrapin Case Studies are available in the Workroom, our private extranet full of detailed information and resources to help you make an informed decision.
