Trust for Public Land Advisory Board

The Trust for Public Land (TPL) is a national, nonprofit land conservation organization. In addition to rural lands and natural places, TPL conserves land for people to enjoy in the form of urban parks, community gardens, and historic sites. After acquisition, TPL eventually conveys lands to public entities, ensuring livable communities for generations to come. Bill Browning serves on TPL’s national real estate advisory board in an ongoing role, providing strategic advising on policy for areas such as land conservation, park master planning, and fee structures for real estate transactions.

*Work performed by Bill Browning in affiliation with Rocky Mountain Institute. Detailed Terrapin Case Studies are available in the Workroom, our private extranet full of detailed information and resources to help you make an informed decision.
